Vons Studio 3
Not really a recording studio as such but a sound proof room to record in. They said it couldn't be done - have a 24 hour operating drum and bass and hip hop recording room with residential neighbours on the other side of the wall !
They were wrong !

Suspended sand filled ceiling and wall panels plus rock wall internal wall absorbers with the usual custom "submarine door", all mounted on isolated paving stone and tar base.
