The complete structure of the screen was modelled in Vectorworks in 3D and all the individual pieces were exported out via dxf/dwg to laser cutting CNC machine.
The pieces were then assembled "lego style" on site.
In this way millimetre accuracy
and solid interlocked structural integrity could be achieved.

The walls amd ceilings of the previous office and corridor space had to be stripped out to construct the green screen room and the airconditioning rearranged and refitted.
